This will create a plot file which can be printed at our office in black & white:

Please click the corresponding version of AutoCad:

 

AutoCAD R14

  1. Click on the Tools menu
  2. Scroll down to Preferences
  3. Choose the Printer tab
  4. Click on New
  5. Choose "Hewlett Packard HPGL/2 Devices, ADI for Autodesk by HP"
  6. Choose "1" printer"HP DesignJet 750C"
  7. Specify that the printer is connected to a <P> parallel port
  8. For the parallel port name, type a period = "."
  9. When prompted, choose Yes to change something = "Y"
  10. Continue to press enter until you see, "Write Plot to File" and then enter in "Y"
  11. Select the default or his "Enter" for the rest of the questions
  12. You should see the new printer in your list and can close the preferences menu by pressing"OK"

You may plot to the printer you just created as you normally would any other printer.

 

AutoCAD 2000/2002

Use the same steps as above, but select the OCE' 9600 printer.
